Please read the following Terms and Conditions closely before using our Web site (the “Site”) & Services. By accessing, browsing and using this Site and using services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated here. To the extent you book any travel products or services on this Site, you agree that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to all such transactions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE & SERVICES. Incredible tours and vacation may at any time modify these Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

Booking with us

A booking can be done a maximum of 12 months before the trip commencement date. Similarly, a booking can be done a minimum of 1 day before the trip commencement time (subject to availability of resources for which booking is required). Booking can be done either through our website at www.incredibletoursandvacation.in or by calling our Operation Team nos.

An initial deposit needs to be paid by the customer for his booking. The deposit amount is calculated based on the services hired by customer. Services like flight tickets, train tikets will require 100% advance payment and hotel booking may need 50% to 100% payment depend on policy of hotel booked.

Advance payment can be made via our online  Paypal, and respective Transaction will be charged extra over booking booking amount.

Before completion of the trip, the full and final payment has to be done, Incredible tours and vacation  reserves the right to ask you to pay remaining amount (total quoted price less advance payment made) at any time during the trip depend on your preferred payment method, or final payment will  be required to be made in Cash to driver just before departure.

Booking modifications includes change in arrival or departure date, and in case of any modifications we will try our best to ammend modifications in same booking else existing booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be created, and for cancellation cancellation policy will be applied.

 Privacy Policy

Incredible tours and vacation is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you provide unique identifying information, such as name, address and other information to us, such information may be used for internal record keeping, various statistical and other purposes.

incredibletoursandvacation.in will not sell, trade or disclose to third parties any information derived from the customer for, or use of, any online service (including names and addresses) without the consent of the user or customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). We will allow suppliers like airlines, railways, hotels etc. to access the information for purposes of confirming your reservations or tickets . 

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this section. You should check this section from time to time to keep yourself updated with the latest policy.

Incredible tours and vacation disclaims all warranties of merchantability, relating to the information and description of the travel destinations, cab/taxi, car rental  its Affiliates and their respective suppliers make no guarantees about the availability of specific products or services.

You also acknowledge that through this Site, Incredible tours and and vacation merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate high quality services to you. incredibletoursandvacation.in is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, it shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any third party (hotel, airline or train).In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Incredible tours and vacation takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

All Cancellation requests need to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make booking and have to be reconfirmed by replying our cancellation confirmation email. Refund for cancallation may vary for the various services booked and as per our policy below:

If booking is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, whole advance payment is eligible for refund deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges by Indian Railways and cancallation charges by hotels booked.

If boking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us.
